Been 26 years since the release of the iconic song ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ that has had us grooving till date! The song featured Shah Rukh Khan, and Malaika Arora, doing the signature step, atop a moving train. Not only was the song a massive hit of its time, but it also gained Malaika Arora immense recognition for her energetic performance.
Malaika has featured in several songs, setting the screen ablaze with her electrifying moves. One of her most enjoyed dance numbers, which won millions of hearts, is ‘Rangilo Maaro Dholna’, which became an overnight hit of its time. Next is a wedding song that struck a chord with the audience ‘Gur Naal Ishq Mitha’, thanks to Malaika’s over-the-top performance in the music video. And how could we forget to mention the magic she created in this rather peppy song ‘Anaarkali Disco Chali’ (Houseful 2). Last but not least, one of her phenomenal dance performances to date is the song ‘Munni Badnam’ (Dabangg) that made the audience groove to its hook step and became a big party favourite.
Along with her former husband Arbaaz Khan, she founded the company Arbaaz Khan Productions which has created the superhit ‘Dabangg’ film series.
Malaika is also a judge on the show ‘India's Got Talent’. She was the judge and host of the ‘MTV Supermodel of the Year’ in 2019 and a judge of ‘India's Best Dancer’ in 2020.

While on the judge panel ‘India’s Got Talent’, she along with the other judges won the ‘Most Entertaining Jury/ Host (TV)’. The ‘Dabaang’ movie series won the Filmfare award in 2011.
Malaika won the title of ‘Diva of the Year’ upon winning the Filmfare ‘Glamor and Style Award’ in 2019. She was also named ‘Fitspiration of the year’ after winning the ‘Vogue Beauty Award’ in 2019
